Welcome to Shoreham Reflexology where I’m passionate about women’s health – passionate about supporting women like you in your holistic approach to natural health and wellbeing with tailormade Reflexology treatments.
Whether you’re looking for a chance to relax and unwind, reduce the physical and mental impact of stress and anxiety, to help aches and pains, or for help on your Menopause or Fertility journey, I’m here to give you the support you need from my tranquil treatment room on Shoreham Beach.
Charlotte or Charlie, I answer to both! I’m passionate about women’s health and creating a safe space to support women like you in your holistic approach to natural health and wellbeing with tailormade Reflexology treatments. My passion comes from not only seeing the improvements my clients experience, but from my own experiences too.
Around 6 years ago I experienced an excruciating bout of sciatica, to the point I couldn’t bear any pressure on my back and had to give up running. I was at my wits end when a friend suggested I tried Reflexology. After just one treatment I felt immediate relief and by the fourth I was back to light jogging. However, by far the biggest surprise was after years of being plagued by the physical and emotional impact of stress and anxiety I began to feel so much calmer, so much lighter, so much more ‘me’.
Reflexology changed my life, and I still have it twice a month as part of my own selfcare routine; it helps me to manage the stresses and strains so many of us face in our daily lives and it helps keep my anxiety flare ups and tension headaches at bay. My experience of Reflexology is exactly what I love most about my job – seeing the positive impact my clients experience from their Reflexology treatments and, just as importantly, how it empowers them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
MY QUALIFICATIONS
Since qualifying in 2018 I have expanded my expertise through specialist training with some of the UKs most respected reflexologists:
I’m also a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Reflexology has its roots in most ancient civilisations, and the nature of practice has changed very little in thousands of years. By applying pressure to key points, called reflexes, on the feet and hands, the holistic concept behind Reflexology is rooted in bringing about a state of deep relaxation and stimulating the body’s own healing processes - mind, body, and soul.
Unfortunately, there’s no large body of evidence that allows me to make any specific claims about the benefits of Reflexology, but what I can say is it can help with relaxation, reducing the physical, mental, and emotional impact of stress and anxiety, sleep and in providing an overall sense of improved wellbeing.
That said, for many of my clients their regular Reflexology sessions are to just relax and be, while others come because they are seeking support with specific health and wellbeing issues. The common thread between them all is they stay because of how Reflexology makes them feel – happy, healthy, well.
Menopause is often a time of great change for many women, and while symptoms will vary, for many the experience can be physically and mentally debilitating. I’m passionate about offering you a safe space wherever you are on your menopause journey, supporting you with tailored Reflexology treatments along with advice and guidance around five key pillars – nutrition, exercise, managing stress levels, good quality sleep, and rediscovering your joy and purpose.
I specialise in Reproflexology™, a technique developed by Barbara Scott from Seren Natural Fertility, who are dedicated to tackling infertility and enhancing fertility through reproductive reflexology.
As your Reproreflexologist I am here to support you, and can:

What happens during a treatment?
After our consultation I’ll invite you to remove your shoes and socks and get you comfortable on the treatment couch. I start with a simple relaxation sequence to help calm and relax you before moving onto the full treatment.
What happens after a treatment?
At the end of the treatment, I’ll provide you with some aftercare advice and guidance to help you extend your treatment beyond the treatment room, and we’ll explore and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
How many treatments will I need?
To benefit fully from Reflexology as part of your holistic approach to health and wellbeing or to target a specific issue, it’s likely you’ll need more than just one treatment. Following your initial consultation and first treatment we’ll spend time exploring options before deciding on a treatment plan that works for you.
What should I wear?
You’re only going to be removing your shoes and socks so wear whatever you like for your treatment, although I would suggest wearing something comfortable. I work on the lower part of the leg as well as the feet, so ideally trousers shouldn’t be too tight.
How do I pay?
All appointments need to be paid in full by bank transfer at least 48 hours before your appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed I will send you an email with details about your appointment as well as details of how to pay.
Can I buy a gift voucher for someone?
Of course! Just email me through the contact form below for more information.
Can I use Reflexology as a replacement for medical advice?
Like any complementary therapy, Reflexology is not a replacement for medical advice, and you should always speak to your GP in the first instance regarding any medical issues.

The same applies if you miss your appointment or fail to turn up. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy.
In the case of illness, please contact me as soon as possible, even if you are in the early stages of your illness and are hoping you’ll recover by the time of your appointment, so we can discuss the possibility of rearranging your appointment. This is especially important if you’re experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or norovirus as I work with vulnerable people.
